okay, I'm about as un-computer savvy as they come, but I noticed in the lurkers thread a few people mentioned not being able to change their password.
here is how to do that..

click on "profile pages" up at the top next to your profile photo. On the profile information tab underneath your picture there is an account settings option. click on that and it should take you directly to an option to change your password.

also, to keep from being logged out everytime you close your browser, don't type your name and password into the log in spot. Click "log in" without entering that information. It will take you to a page where it asks you for your name and password again and this time there is a box that you can check to stay logged in. I'm not sure how I even discovered that, probably by accident.

and that ladies and gentleman is about the extent of my computer genius! I have to call the kids in to turn the TV on for me
