Suz - loved, but just plain worn out. I was holding on to some of these items out of fear that I would be unable to replace them, but now they have become embarrassingly shabby.
-white jean jacket
- a half dozen cotton knit t-shirts and tank tops
- striped tote
-terry bathrobe
-running shoes
-some cycling kit
- a bikini.
Things I was gifted or passed on to me (by my mother) that weren't 'me' that I had been holding onto for a while. I tried, but I didn't wear them or was unhappy when I did. (Mom keeps trying to dress me!)
-several scarves
-2 hats
-a dress
-costume jewelery
Things from my previous work life:
-a pair of workboots
- black trousers
-sweater that never fit well
-fingerless mitts I wore to keep my hands warm
Other:
-socks that slip uncomfortably
-a watch
The Ikat jacket fits my casual lifestyle just fine, but is showing signs of wear/fading. DH suggested I keep it a little while longer.
In my 'repair' pile:
- 2 belts (need new holes punched)
- pearls (need to be restrung and clasp repaired)
On probation:
- jean jacket
-aubergine leather jacket
-BR navy button down
-textured CK pencil skirt
