I have an ADORABLE retro full, black-dots-on-white, knee-length skirt that I recently acquired, but I'm not sure what to pair with it to make it casual enough for everyday (school, most of the time). Any ideas?

EDIT: Another thing: would a graphic (band) tee work okay? I have a "quirky" style, but I'm not sure if that's too much. Also, the majority of my closet is black, white, and grey, unfortunately.
