The Caslon knit blazer that several have included in their Finds is actually three different blazers. The difference in fit between the navy and the olive *could* have been done with clothespins behind the model's back, but the lapels are three different cuts, period.

Some of them appear to have buttons, as well, while others don't. Has anyone seen these in person?

I have the navy version of this from last year, and I remember there were huge size discrepancies between the colors that time too. (I think the lapels were the same on all the colors last year though.)

FWIW, last year I found them all to run really big, just different degrees of big between colors, and to be honest I think the one I have (navy, in petite small) is still slightly too big/sloppy on me.

ETA: It's v. comfy though! I think of it more as a cardigan than a blazer.

Diana, that's very helpful. I was thinking about the navy, but I wear XS, so I have no recourse with items that run big. And cardigans are everywhere--it's a soft not-too-long blazer that's hard to find.

Here's a picture of me wearing it, if that helps. It's a petite small, and I usually wear regular 8/10, to give you an idea of how big it is. It might be worth trying this year's version, because who knows they could have fixed the issue. But FWIW, I have found ALL caslon items to run large and long.

ETA: and the find from last year if you want to compare them. Looks like mine has the bigger lapels and might be slightly longer than this years'.

The navy sold out as I was in the middle of my order but I ordered the burgundy and black'n'white but both in the same size.

Laura G, these are sold in XXS and PXXS so maybe they would work for you (unless they are sold out in those sizes)?

Diana, the plot thickens--that's a different blazer from the one they're selling this year! It would help if I had actually bought anything in a store in the last...oh, ten years or so, to know which brands are a possibility and which aren't. I did order some other Caslon items; we'll see how that goes.

DonnaF--I went and looked, but this year's blazer is sold out in every permutation of small+navy. Maybe a blessing in disguise, if Caslon really runs that big.

I ended up buying this in petite last year. It fit perfectly in length and arms, which was a huge surprise.

I agree with Diana - last year's is more of a structured cardigan than a blazer.

I normally wear a M on top but ordered the Small. Here it is. I don't think I'm going to keep it. The black and white pattern one has a tweed-like quality but it seems like the fabric would be easy to snag on things.

Have you seen the Olivia Moon patch Knit blazer at NAS. I can't remember how to do finds but it comes in gray and black. The black is kind of boring but the gray is adorable with navy patch on the elbows. It fit TTS and comes in both petites and misses. Maybe check that one out.

Why did NAS lump them as one?

Makes me wonder if they were made in three different factors and weren't supposed to be different.

I just tried on the black and white tweedy one that Jenny H shows above. Nordstrom says to size down but I don't agree for that one. I tried both PXS and PS, and the PS fit much better but I didn't like it well enough to buy because I need a shorter body length. I usually have to size down with Caslon jackets, though. A burgundy one in PXS is on its way to me, but in the store I didn't like the color so I may not even remove it from its packaging. I generally don't care for Caslon jackets, especially their quality, so I'm not quite sure why I ordered a few. . .

Other Olivia Moon knit jackets are on *regular* sale so 40% off. These two are on their way to me, but IIRC they also have striped ones on sale as well. Slightly more than Caslon, but I suspect better quality.
