I buy very few pieces of clothing. I do buy very good quality and I try to avoid anything that is made in China, etc. Not easy. Also very expensive. I have 2 cashmere sweaters that I bought 10 years ago that I still wear and they both look great. They were pricey but worth it.
I would love to shop more but buying clothes that don't last or are suspiciously made (i.e.) from "rats" stops me.
I also find that when I buy higher end clothing the style lasts longer. I do love to shop so it is hard for me but I have managed to stop myself over the last decade.
