Citigirldc is wearing a Caroline Herrera gown to the ball and Angie showed a similar outfit she wore in the past. I've developed a real love of this look! CH is older than me and still rocks this style, which she more or less invented I believe.
I am think I'm of doing something similar for a girls night out that was supposed to be last night but was posponed because we had an ice storm. See finds. The skirt has a shimmer to it not visible in the photo.
