Will be visiting my daughter and usually have to be ready for any type of activity and/or weather. Certainly keeps life fun and interesting! It also means I have to bring a very flexible wardrobe. When you are a size 8-12 and you are visiting a size 2-4--you know there is absolutely nothing you can borrow!!!! I don't think my big toe can fit in that girl's jeans....
I usually take the mix and match approach except when I travel- then I do the very tight capsule approach. Last time I visited I did the teal, aqua, black and gray capsule.
This time it will be mostly navy, grey and blues.
Bottoms include jeans, black dress slacks and grey knit. Toppers include a wool blazer (1 of few pattern pieces I own) a vest and 2 V neck sweaters that can be worn as topper or as tops. All my shirts are layering type turtlenecks because it is still snowing here and there. Include camis for under turtlenecks or sweaters alone depending on weather and for what ever class she will be dragging me to (yoga, barre,??). 3 fashion scarves and a winter scarf and cowl. Will take short boots, flats and running shoes (she runs/I walk, thank you very much!) I will bring a 3 season coat. Staying home- all button downs, my new trench (too early), dresses and dress shoes and anything with fringe (my grand kitty will be so disappointed...until he sees the treats I am bringing;-)
So- what do you folks think? Am I ready for anything???
What should I add/take away?
Oh- and I apologize in advance when I post pics...not the most techno person in the world so I am not sure how they show up on receiving end!
