cannot figure out this skin tone test

I can't see blue, pink, olive, yellow or anything in my skin tone. It just looks like pale caucasian skin!

These pics are using a phone camera and may not be adequate, but I'm hoping someone here has the confidence to tell me whether my tones are warm or cool.

Thanks! Sorry I don't have better jewelry examples, but that is real gold and silver.

(PS: even if you take the test, it seems to be buggy. I'm not getting anything showing up on the screen where it says, "Here are your results." Still it would be helpful to at least know if I'm warm or cool.)

Mochi - you might be neutral! Do you think you look better is bright white or ivory?

I have a cool undertone but i feel like i can wear gold or silver just fine so maybe that's not the best test to find out. However off white and ivory make me look like the living dead.

Another thing you can do is head to a nice makeup counter and have them skin match you with a foundation....

Mochi, it's REALLY hard to do these tests on ourselves.

The best tests involve so many swatches of colour for comparison, in perfectly natural light.

Your cheeks have a rosy glow, which would (probably) type you as a cool (i.e. pink undertone vs. peach). But it's really hard to say, because sometimes people get a bit chapped on the cheeks.

Mochi, have you tried the vein test?

If you look at the veins on the inside of your wrist they will usually appear either blue or green.

Blue veins = cool toned
Green veins = warm toned

For comparison I have added a photo of blue veins, good luck!

Wow, compelling. I had no idea anyone had veins with a greenish tint. I'm guessing mine are blue. They look blue-purple.

I've always liked cooler colors and only recently became fond of warmer ones like bronze, gold, warm olive, tomato red, etc. And the warm versions of cool colors I have always particularly had a strong aversion to: teal, fuchsia, etc. Anything with a warm yellow-ish tint to it. For some inexplicable reason, I can't stand them (I can appreciate them on others). From a young age I vastly preferred silver jewelry to gold (I still don't like gold that much, but really like copper and bronze, which I assume are warm).

I guess I'm probably cooler-toned. I do prefer cream or ivory to pure white, just as a matter of taste, but I think white might wash me out--I just never wear it to know for sure.

I think your insticts have served you well Mochi, IMO copper and to a lesser extent bronze are quite pink in colour making them easier to wear for cooler tones than gold. But hey I'm cool toned with mostly pink undertones and I love to wear gold. It is good to break the rules at times!
