I've used Reship several times for US orders. Haven't had any issues. They give you a mailing address in Portland, Oregon. No sales tax there. They send a message when your parcel has arrived. Then you go to your account to arrange shipping to Canada. If you use it be careful when declaring duty. I under valued a pair of SE sandals and when I received the pkg it was sealed with Canada Border Services tape. Luckily the order came without an invoice. For a fee, Reship will remove invoices.

Re Gap Inc.orders. They don't accept Canadian credit cards online. I ordered something from BR.com. What I did was purchase a gift card from their site using Paypal. The gift card comes to your email. You can also phone in the order.
