Can this look be pulled off with this blazer?

I absolutely love this look. But there is no way I'll ever find that exact blazer and am afraid it may be what pulls the entire thing together. It's sort of a gadsby meets rural feel. I did find an 80's blue velvet pinstripe and am wondering if it will work. Input and thanks much.

There’s a lot of juxtaposition going on here, so it is hit-or-miss. Try it on and see.
I like the concept of a blazer and overalls.

I think the oversize fit is more essential to the look than the pinstripe, hard to tell from the pic if your find will do. Gorgeous inspo, I'm curious if you can make it an outfit for your life!

Oversize fit is key, agree with Liesbeth. Maybe stroll the men's isle at the thrift store for something similar? The fabric looks like linen to me. The velvet one you have looks great too!

Totally agree, Fashintern! The model looks like she has summer coloring, that's why she suits the cold colors of the outfit so well. It all comes together.

Liesbeth, agreed. The oversized blazer is essential to the style. I actually wear a sort of similar style outfit quite often. Large bibs with a very oversized fisherman style cardigan and chunky footwear. That's probably when I am most comfortable in my own skin. Thanks.

Synne, it could be linen. I also thought it might be denim with distressing. It's so hard to tell from that pic. And, I have no idea what my coloring is.

The blazer you have would absolutely work with this sort of look. Now you need the overalls and other components.
