I live in a mild climate, where we don't have snowplows, I don't own snow boots, and if we get a 1 inch accumulation of something, everything shuts down until it goes away. So, we think "cold" is around 45 degrees.

I have the pants pictured below, from WHBM. I've been wearing them this summer, usually with ankle strap, wedge sandals, and shortened a bit by rolling them. (They are not quite as form-fitting on me, lol.)

Could I continue to wear them, this winter, or are these just summer pants? Fashion, not weather, is the main consideration. On my short self, unrolled, they hit about 1 inch above my ankle, when standing. If so, what shoes? I have black and gray booties, and black riding boots. Ballet flats don't like my feet (too flat).
