Shortly after my surgery this summer, I bought these awesome Nine West heels in the taupe color.

Apparently my feet were still bloated, because they fit great in the store but now they slip off my heels when I walk. I've put in Foot Petals Heavenly Heelz, but the shoes are still too big. Is there any way to save this pair or should I just take them to a consignment store and buy a smaller size (they're still available at Nordie's)?
