BM, I thought I was the only one who struggled with technology! Whenever someone tries to help me I feel SO stupid and I can always sense their exasperation. It never helps when they start out by saying, "Oh, it's super easy. Even a simpleton could do it." Uh, gee. Thanks. I'll go crawl in a hole and die now.
It took me forever to figure out how to get the pictures from my camera to my computer, and then it's like the computer ate them. Where they went, I'll never know! I tried to remember the steps, but it seemed like there were different ways of getting to my pictures and they same way didn't work every time. And all I had to chose from in the menu was some blah, blah, blah computer-speak, even if I had named the file! ARGH! I feel your pain. I finally learned how to find and post them, but it took some serious perseverance.
If you're anything like me, you might learn better if you figure it out by trial and error, all by yourself. It also seems to be easier to remember if I learn that way than if someone smart "shows" me how to do it (at lightening speed and my poor brain is about two steps behind them). Google can be a big help, and it's nice not to have someone impatient breathing down your neck. I never did well under that kind of pressure.
Once you figure it out (and I think you will!), try post pictures every single day so it gets into your long term memory. It will be nice to see you, and we can help you style that kimono jacket six ways to Sunday. <<<hugs>>>>
