Can I wear this colour??

Hi Fabbers!

Day off so out having a look at what's coming for Autumn at our shopping complex. Trying on a cropped, sleeveless sweater. I like it but have never worn this colour? Can I??

Looks really good in the picture, especially with your eyes. You often wear winter colors (so do I) and I've found cool olive can work even though it's more muted than most of the rest of the color palette.

I think it looks great; like others, I noticed right away how it brings out your eyes. It's also flattering with your skin. A bonus: it will look great with black.

Colour is lovely on you!
Can you layer underneath it? If not it might be more difficult to wear - too hot around the neck to wear alone.

It looks like it matches your eyes perfectly

Because of the neckline, it might be tricky to layer it over anything other than a long sleeved tee, but I could see you wearing this under some of your long sleeved, flowing sweaters/jackets during the autumn and winter months.

Absolutely. It's great with your eyes. I find that green easy to wear because of the color of my eyes too. When those olive-y greens get too yellow, I find them much more difficult -- they start to clash with the pink undertones in my skin.

Looks beautiful on you, Deborah! And it also mixes well with black or navy/ ink or white, so that can extend the usability of the sleeveless.

I really wanted one of those sleeveless sweaters for our autumn but never did find just the right version for me.
