I just returned a 00P skirt to Banana Republic because it was much too large in the hip. It would have needed several inches taken in in the hip area to fit correctly and that suggests that sizing is getting downright silly. Or at least, it was on that skirt.

Has anyone run into a basic black or charcoal skirt that runs really small in the hip? (but not in the waist -- I have almost no waist definition, so a straightish cut is what I'm after. Nothing curvy.)
