CAbi

I have been invited to a CAbi (Carol Anderson by invitation) home party. I have no experience with these clothes at all. Anyone have opinions? Price? Quality? Style? Fit?

I've heard the quality is, like many brands, hit or miss. A friend of mine bought a striped knit top and was disappointed when the stripes didn't match on the side seams. Not sure what she did with it or if she was able to return it, but she wasn't bowled over by the quality.

A friend of mine does it so I've gone. The quality is nice (ETA though agree it's kind of random) and sometimes they have a piece that suits me (citron cropped cardi last year). The sizing is "standard" so hard for petites like me, and I find the clothing too classic for my style mostly. But it's pretty well made and there are sets that go together if you like pre-made capsules.

My mom has gone to several and she always finds something she loves and has been happy with her items. It sounds like she has a lot of fun at the parties, too!

I found a CAbi pea coat at Goodwill last year. The cut was really cute but I thought the quality was lacking. The fabric seemed cheap and the contrasting lining showed in several places unless it was pressed just right.
