Buy or leave?

Joe's Plaid pants. Yay= buy, nay= leave. A little tight in the waist but I expect to fit perfectly in a couple of weeks. I'm definitely taking the sweater.

Eta: corrected Vince to Joe's. and Joe's tends to fit me better than Vince.

I love them. Weirdly, I have a sugar eye for plaid pants (depending on the plaid). But I fear them on my thighs. These look great on you!

Yay! I bought them. I'll keep the tags on for a bit so I can make sure I'll be able to button them comfortably. Though I'm tempted to do the rubber band trick!

Janet, I've always been afraid of plaid with my thighs, too...but I'm trying ALL new things now. Leaving no hanger hanged, LOL!

The lace (actual stretchy lace overlay with the stretchy solid under layer) VC tube that I left behind last week was still there and further discounted to $18. Very tempting, but it still wasn't quite right for me. Darn.

These just might satisfy my "need" for a low-contrast camo print pant.

Diana, do they stretch with wear? They are so tight around my knees when I sit! But I'm used to having to yank up skinnies to give my knees some breathing room.

They relax a little but they don't stretch too much. The lower degree of stretchiness is one of the reasons I love them. I hate that most skinnies nowadays are super stretch. I want some structure in my pants!

ETA: I found the photo where I was trying them on (#1), and a couple from later on (#2-3). Mine might be slightly baggier in the knees than they are on you? It's hard to tell. I don't think the knees stretched much.

Oh wow, I love them on you!! And it's funny, I was thinking earlier that these need lace-up boots. Mine are definitely tighter, but I'm buying pants that way on purpose since I'm (hopefully) still sizing down a tiny bit over the next few weeks. My goal is for these to be just right by mid-September...

Home now with access to all my photos, so here are a few more outfits with the pants. I'm glad you got them! I love that it's like wearing stealth pajamas. Also, it cracks me up that my husband - and like half the men I know - actually owns black watch plaid flannel PJ pants. I think he's jealous that I can wear mine to work.
