I'm uninspired, as well. Right now, I'm learning about proportions, patterns, and colors. I'm trying to figure out how to add more color and patterns in my wardrobe but I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what I like that I'll actually wear.
This blog has a lot of info on that kind of stuff.

I'm also working on weeding out and organizing my clothes and accessories. And, while I'm at it, making a detailed list of things I need to fill holes in my wardrobe. I've also been going through my shoes and making sure they're all polished and properly fitting. My feet are a touch wide (not wide enough for wide with, though) and I learned a nifty shoe stretching technique. Put a baggie with water in your shoe and put your shoe in the freezer. As the water freezes and expands, it stretches your shoe. My husband and sons will be glad when this is over because I think they're worried my shoes have officially taken over the house, lol. My DH informed me that if I've resorted to storing shoes in the freezer, I may need professional help.
I've also been catching up on my tailoring and cleaning and trying to figure out a good way to store my handbag collection. I have them on the top shelf in my closet and it's not working. I haven't decided if I want to move them or if I want to buy a rolling step stool. I change handbags frequently and they don't make it back up on that shelf until my closet looks like a disaster. I've figured out that it's because I can't reach the shelf (duh!) and the folding step stool is a pain in the keister to fetch from the garage. I'm considering leaving the purses on the high shelf and getting a rolling step stool that doesn't fold. I just need to measure and make sure it's going to be tall enough.
