I almost bought a pair of burgundy faux suede/velvet-like booties today, but at the last minute I changed my mind. In all honesty I'm not sure what I would wear them with (other than my standard jeans uniform) but I liked them. If you had a pair, what would you wear them with? I might go back for them... or the navy blue version.
