Here's a few ways I've worn my brown plaid suit recently.

#1 to #3 - As A Suit
Wearing my brown plaid suit as a set. I don't often wear it this way, because it's too much fun to break up the pieces instead, especially the trousers.

#7 to #9 - Brown Plaid Trousers and Zella Modal Hoodie
This modal hoodie by Zella is ideal for warmer days. I added the mustard bag for a pop of color.

I had a Liverpool suit for a while, too, until the pants pilled on me and I realized that I just don't enjoy most knitted jackets. (More's the pity...since I do love jackets and find them hard to wear in my work from home life...)

Angie - *happily collects killer rating* I was pleasantly surprised with how well that ship hoodie pairs with the plaid trousers too. Fun and unexpected. I've seen blazers/jackets that have hoodies built into the blazer/jacket but never thought to try layering it on my own. I think the ship hoodie is too bulky but that Zella Modal one is lighter weight, I'll give that a try! Thanks for the suggestion!

Suz - I'm in the same boat as you, I adore jackets and blazers but they don't get much use ever since I switched to WFH. Neither do my suits or any of my business casual clothes really, which is why I'm always trying to think of ways to casualize these pieces to get more use out of them. I could easily sit in sweatpants and sweatshirts every day with WFH but I enjoy fashion too much to be that casual all of the time. Thanks for looking!
