Brooks Bros Footwear/Boots Quality?

So all these trench posts have got me surfing the Brooks Bros website where I happened upon these boots as a potential replacement for my black knee high boots.

Can anyone speak to the quality or typical fit of the Brooks Bros footwear? (I am guessing it is good b/c of their clothing but thought it wouldnt hurt to ask)

Also it looks like the boots have a partial zip but not all the way to the top and the lacing is adjustable to open/cinch the top a bit. Thoughts in whether not having the full zip makes wearing over jeans difficult?

You had to show me those, didn't you? Lucky for my checkbook they are too wide in the calf.

Leather boots, lined in leather? I doubt they skimped anywhere else.

I haven't tried them, but my friend just tried on a pair of men's shoes by them and was very impressed.

I have two pairs of ankle boots that I picked up at a deep discount last winter. They are gorgeous. Very deeply excellent quality, if that makes any sense. The leather is lovely, the construction impeccable. They aren't obvious, but they radiate quality. Good idea to buy and buy quick! (And everyone needs a little BBQ, right?!)
