Bronze Sandals?

I've been looking for the right cognac sandals for fall. No luck so far, but I just found these bronze ones in a variant gladiator style. I love the style; the high vamp in particular I was looking for. They're quite comfortable, too.

I wanted cognac, to go with my handbag. Bronze, like rose gold, is a good metallic for me. I'm pretty sure I will take these home to test drive. Thoughts?

I like those a lot. The bronze looks nice with your cognac bag to my eye! I, too, like sandals in that style - they stay on the feet well and are easy to move around in.
BTW, that blush dress is so pretty on you!

great looking sandals, one of my fav styles too. I agree a bronze is a good choice for fall sandals. to me it is a good dark neutral and will go nicely with the cognac, and other fall colors.

Ooh, I love them. I think bronze is a great metallic, so versatile. And adds a lot more pizazz to a look than cognac would. They look wonderful with that lovely dress.

I'm a low volume feet person and I am wondering if these sandals fit too loose on you. I say that because in one photo your toes seem really far from the edge and in the other they seem to be falling over the edge. This phenomenon happens to me when the sandals are designed for a more substantial foot, which alas is the case with nearly all of the comfortable ones.

Gorgeous choice! The whole outfit is really smashing on you, Ginger. Go for bronze with the sandals, and keep an eye out for cognac booties for fall.

Wow! Thanks so much for the enthusiastic response! I've already worn these out of the house (and quite a bit inside) and they've been quite nice on my feet. I'm looking forward to styling them with my hot fall capsule.

3style, I do have a low volume foot and these are not quite as narrow or as snug as they could be. That said, they are well within acceptable limits for me. The straps on the vamp are not tight, but I do not slide around within them. That sort of thing is a non-starter!

Firecracker, that's a good thing to keep in mind. I'm still keeping an eye out for booties and drawing a blank, but at least I do have cognac oxfords. I'm super picky about booties.

Oh, and thanks for the words about the dress. It's actually my Easter dress! Rather warm because of the thicker, spongey knit, but a lot of fun to wear.
