I was looking at the Kate spade site and was reminded of some bright tights I kept from my high school days. I was inspired to bust them out but not sure how to wear them... What do you think of this attempt? Is the middle too business and the legs too outlandish? Yes - those are turquoise tights with green shoes and a purple scarf. I thought it'd be best to keep the middle a little more sedate given the colors of the shoes/tights/scarf.
Opinions/ suggestions/ constructive criticism please! Am I totally off base here?
