It’s Spring here in NZ and today it finally feels like it. Yesterday got cold early afternoon so I changed from lighter clothing back to winter knitwear- actually to my oldest, 1986 edition which I get keen on again every few years.
And for the first time in ages it felt like the colours in the shops were the same as it! Same shocking pink, cobalt, red and teal. I think I have loved these colours since the 80s.
I have a hankering for bright fuchsia sandals after I had to edit out the 2011 pair earlier this year when they seemed really loose on my foot after my weight loss? They were also a bit higher than I prefer now. Can’t seem to find any of a dressy appearance but with low block heel. There might be a pair on Styletread but they are only in size 37 which may not be as good a fit as 36. Cost too much as well for a sandal $240.
This post is just musings. I mustn’t lose my mind here!
1. Yesterday’s outfit with 1986 Mondi knitwear
2. 1988 fuchsia silk shirt Thai silk
3. 1997 floral shirt has been stashed away
4. New Max shirred top bought recently, not warm enough to wear yet.
5/6. Tank tops from Witchery instore. See the colours?
7. The size 37s I keep thinking about
8. A pair I loved from a different store. Sold out of 36s in the whole of NZ! 37 is too big, I tried.
9. These are only in a 37. Fit not perfect. These are $80. Less expensive but not cheap.
Sigh. I need to be careful!
