how does the sizing work? I'm 5 ft 3 and usually a size 0/2...should I go with the 2 Short?

I think everyone has mentioned they run TTS. I usually order regular versus short because I wear heels pretty much all the time, plus I find short lengths a little too ankle length-y ( I guess my because of my sizeable hips) with zero scrunch. If you wear flats most often (which I think you do) I think the short should work just fine.

OK, I think I'm going to order these. Now I'm having a sizing panic because I can't remember what size I tried on that fit so well, and as usual for my rectangular frame which size I'd order changes A LOT depending on whether I go by my waist measurement or my hip measurement. I'm thinking I should order based on my hip since they're cut pretty straight. Any advice?
