BR Martin Skinnies! (Thanks April!)

My BR Martin Skinnies have arrived, courtesy of April, and I believe I have never set foot in such a wonderful pair of pants. Comfortable. Zipper pockets. Scrunch. Sigh. I am in love. Woot!

Please, please, please ignore my surroundings in these photos. I can't get far enough away from the mirror to get a full body shot without opening the door to the bathroom. And the mirror is dirty. I was just too excited to take the time to clean it first.

Thanks Sara! If BR could be my closet, I would be thrilled. Their clothes tend to fit really well off the rack for me. And the fact that they have L for PPL makes me smile. Speaking of BR, did anyone else receive that email a couple of days ago with the real people wearing new looks? I am in love with some of those outfits.

Ugh- I forgot April goes back to work tomorrow so she is probably asleep already. Tomorrow, we should all wear black in commiseration of the dreaded "back to work after a summer off" day. Hmm... I think I have just the thing. (Too bad it will be 95 degrees here.)

The polite thing to say is, "thank you Queenie". But I can't help but add, "Those pants are apparently more magical than I thought because they hide things so nicely." Let's just say that I did not need to nip in the waist like some others around here did.

But I wholeheartedly agree with you on April. She's so tiny you just feel like scooping her up and putting her in your pocket.

You're more than welcome to join the family as an honorary sister. We'll save you from the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Heathered Oatmeal and Pale Blue (our mother).

I just saw this and had to log in. (Add the following to the "You know you're addicted to YLF when..." thread: when you're supposed to be getting ready for your first day back at work and you're logging in because your sister's pants arrived!)

These look fabulous on you, Mae! In case others can't tell in the photo, Mae has a lot of trouble finding pants long enough for her. She is five inches taller than I, and that five inches is ALL LEG. These do appear to be perfect -- I'm so glad.

Kim and Taylor, of course you can be sisters! Come on over.

April, so glad you checked in before this thread was buried. Hope your first day back wasn't too miserable.

Yay- two more sisters! If shopping with two is great, shopping with four may be stellar (and expensive).
