I say order both and try on with a bunch of things. And also giving yourself time to move and sit with it on in both sizes. I get what you are saying about too loose sleeves on the bottom -- that bothers me, also. But so does too tight up top. Sigh. Still, maybe it will become clear to you with some wearing and moving about.
