BR 40% off sale has me tempted; sequins or not?

I noticed a few things at BR that look pretty good, and with the sale going on right now they would be reasonably priced. What are your thoughts?

One is this colorblock sweater (Anna colorblock pullover) - I am hoping it is a fluid, generous fit, and will size up slightly to make sure it is not too clingy. I find wool, merino, or cashmere to be too hot and itchy so I like that it is a silk/polyester/cotton blend.

Another is this silk wrap blouse. Hopefully it is not too baggy or dowdy. Is the side-tie style looking a bit dated?

And finally, I am tempted by the sequined sweatshirt that Suz has bought. They no longer have the gorgeous navy color that Suz has shown us, only grey. I have not gotten on sequined bandwagon so I am wondering whether I will be able to find ways to style this or is it too shiny for me? Would you wear this, for example, to a daytime holiday party at a casual workplace?

I like the colorblock sweater a lot. The blouse - I don't like how the bottom looks but maybe someone will chime in with styling ideas. The sequin sweatshirt rocks! I'd totally wear it to that party.

Agreed with Alexandra about the silk blouse. The bottom confuses me and I'm not sure if the look is intentionally baggy? It could depend on how the fabric drapes. Might be worth a whirl.

I love the sweater and especially that it is wool free because I cannot wear a stitch of itch. I think the other 2 also have great possibilities and I have seen many of the ladies wearing this style shirt and it looks great. Not being a sequin person I am unsure about the last one but I think it must be tried. Good luck!
