Too bad I have no occasions on the calendar to dress my boys up. They would look so cute! But right now I'm stuck with jeans with ripped knees, t-shirts, and soccer uniforms.

My 3 year old wore a J.Crew seersucker suit to a summer wedding last year. Hot pink bowtie from Etsy. Modgrl, I was dying too.

This year, I refreshed his seersucker suit at J.Crew Factory for no reason other than it was 50% off in store. Just as cute as his J.Crew version, but unlined.

But, no events on the calendar to wear it yet. It might be a summery Thanksgiving, fashion-wise, for us!

I am tempted too. They have the tuxedo shirt in boys' sizes, which apparently fit similar to petite sizes.

Too cute! J Crew offered a small selection of kids' clothing for a short time in the late 90's. I got the cutest striped pullover sweater for my son, and he wore it all the time in first grade. (he's 21 now!)

Excellent work, modgrl and this comparison is just what I needed! I just hopped over from my thread (thanks, Suz!). I used to think, even with my short stature, that I was long-waisted or had a longer torso, but every "body" is different and then there are the waist to hip and thigh lengths to consider, as well.

I do love them and my son would probably like one too (he asked for a tie for Christmas because a friend wears one for his uniform) I do have a few things for my kids from crewcuts, but I think they run small for the kids so beware ladies.
