Well, you guys have pretty much validated my decision on these, and like you Janet, I soooo wanted them from the front. As someone who is only just now dipping a toe into the distressed jeans waters, I find I'm floundering a bit. The combo of the light seat, big, unadorned pockets low on the thigh and soft denim looks (on me) like the worst kind of saggy sweatpant butt. I tried two sizes and not much help. I've gotten used to some sag on my bf's (Kut Katy and Dianas) but the structure of the denim tells a different story. Az, saggy butt is the reason I wear skinnies tighter than say, Angie. I find that gals with a cute perky butt can hang a gunny sack around their waists and stil look good, just like how models without chests are great hangers for tops. Ah well, it's part of the process of learning to dress yourself. Denise, I remember reading posts about the Camerons and not being able to find any for sale in my size (usually a 29). I was wearing a lot of Hudsons years ago for the pocket flap enhancement factor, but I don't do particularly well with lowish rises. Do the Camerons (or other TR) run TTS? I would hesitate to buy a pair on Ebay without knowing how they run. Janet, I wish you could see you like we see you! There is an advantage to having hips, and that is the ability to keep pants/tights/legging/hose up. Urghhh! I wore some cozy fleece tights Sunday under a dress and with over the knee shearling-lined boots and had to keep sneaking away to hike the tights up constantly. There is no acceptable way to do that discretely! Karymk, I hear ya! Thank god for tunics and high/low hems!
