And I'm IN LOVE with it! Thank you so much for posting about it, Angie! BIG wardrobe joy boost. I needed a coat desperately, and I was so excited about the turquoise. I got it from one of my partners as an early Christmas gift so I can start using it on early morning walks because it's getting quite cold some days, even in Atlanta. The color is gorgeous, and the texture is soft but nubby to me, and I love that. I'm planning to add more turquoise to my wardrobe as part of my desire to increase color in this leg of my style journey, and I like the way turquoise looks with pretty much every color I enjoy wearing, so it's a slam dunk for practicality.

I do have a question for Angie and others - do y'all think this could be tailored? It's a perfect fit RIGHT NOW, particularly in the shoulders (big deal for me with my broad shoulders and large bust), but if I continue to lose weight, it may end up too big at some point in the future. Because it's such a unique color (and because it was pricey), I want to make sure I get as much longevity out of it as I possibly can. I'm wondering if exchanging for a size down would be a good idea, though then I run the risk of it being a little too narrow in the shoulders... The only thing I've ever had tailored was the dress I wore for my first wedding, and that was done in-store where I bought it, so I have ZERO practical experience with tailoring. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
