DH is retiring at the end of June and there will be a daytime reception in his dept lobby. I liked the look of the tunic/white jeans combo Angie posted today, and I might even consider the cropped pants. Zara, maker of the tunic, did not seem to have the pants.

Anyone have an idea where to find something with the slit or staggered hem? Otherwise, I might order the Kut from the Kloth ones Angie has, as the Catherine jeans fit me well. (I don't suppose the roll-up cuffs would work.) I have some sandals that I like. If this works, that would be the earliest I have ever been ready for an event in my life.

ETA: the hem has to be finished. I feel sloppy in raw edges and for this event, I need to feel fab.
