OK, to continue the arrangement on the possible future meeting from the other thread. It should be easier on a separate one.

Nicole, I've read your schedule - you can do lunch on Fri/Mon or weekend, and I could do whatever works better for you. The only restriction is that I'll be attending that conference staring this coming Sunday till Thursday. So, I could do anything this Saturday, or lunch next Friday, or anything next weekend and so on.
And it would be lovely to meet the family too, obviously if you are comfortable with that, or we could leave that for the next time.

I do feel that since you have such long drive a longer period on some weekend day might be more worth of your time. I am in Cambridge indeed and if you'd like we could meet here, but anywhere in Boston is fine for me. And I am open for anything: restaurant, coffee shop, tea shop, dessert place and so on, I don't know what your preferences are. Please do let me know.

Shiny, Nicole and I have been thinking about meeting for tea and something and it would be lovely if you could join us as well. Please do let us know if you could and what your schedule would be like.
