anna is correct, it was an erroneous report. There apparently is surveillance from Lord and Taylor ( across from the second explosion ) that they are rather confident is the suspect. There was to be a 5 press conference but it was cancelled because of a bomb threat to the federal courthouse in Boston. It is just a mess there.
