Boston area YLFers

I thought that with Medusa in town, it may be a good time for us to gather for lunch or appetizers.....

It doesn't have to be in Boston - we could meet in Framingham. I would gladly pick up Medusa ( or anyone else ) and give her a ride to where ever we end up.

What do you think ??

Ooh ooh! I'd love to meet some YLFers! Framingham is right around the corner for me, but Boston is also an option. I missed that Medusa is in town ~ what time frame are you thinking?

Within the next 4 weeks or so. I think Medusa goes back to Colorado after that ( ? ).

I'd be up for meeting up, though ideally I'd prefer Boston (or any place T-accessible) to Framingham (or any other place I'd need to take commuter rail to).

When you say Framingham, are you thinking the Natick Collection? (Home of Nordstrom's and PF Chang's?) I might be able to get there.

Wait -- Medusa is going to participate in a second YLF meetup, in a different location and with a different cast of characters? Is this a YLF first?

April, I have participated in a YLF meeting in Boston where I used to live, traveled to a second one in NY ( the only repeat attendee was Angie) and am working on a DC one at the moment

Hi mama, et al...that is exactly what I was thinking. I also did not know there is a Rack in New England.

Still waiting to hear from Medusa and Greenglove. I will pm them and then get back to you all.

The Nordstrom Rack is in Shopper's World in Framingham. It opened on April 8. Shopper's World is great for bargain shoppers, since there's also a DSW, TJ Maxx and Marshalls there as well. And when you need to refuel, there's a Starbucks there ~ or for more sustenance, Joe's American Grill or John Harvard's Brew House. All a skip, hop and a jump from the Natick Collection.

Greenglove and Medusa, I hope you see this and can join in a get-together.

Anyone else in the Boston or greater New England area?

I won't be in Boston again until September, but then I'll be there about half time through next summer.

I'll be jealous if you get together sooner, but I certainly don't think you should wait for me! Maybe we can do another meetup in the fall. Fun!

Medusa, it actually seems that will be the best. A couple of us are going on vacation, then prep for school, and Jean is in the UK right now.

I'm here! I have not left for the UK yet but have been in Maine which is why I have not seen this thread. I would likely be able to meet in September when I am back. Fun!!
