Are they still on trend? I've avoided the look since I rarely wear dresses/skirts in the colder weather and with my skinny calves and ankles tend towards the flowerpot effect. But I now have a pair of booties that fit my ankles perfectly so I'm wondering if it will still look current to wear them with dresses.
