I have a spur of the moment trip to Manhattan coming up and wonder if some in the know YLFers have any suggestions for good shoe stores in the general Tribeca, Soho, Village neighborhoods. Need black booties with low heel for fussy feet. Always looking for interesting comfortable options and hoping other commitments leave room for some focussed browsing. Not mega designer or mega prices, but willing to invest a bit for practicality.
