Confused about height with skinnies, crop pants, straight leg pants, dresses, and skirts. Also it is a bit confusing about booties and shooties as some appear as both when I search under booties, and then search in the sites that list shooties as a separate catagorie. I am searching now for shorter ankle height for booties to wear with all the above like photos in photo 1,,but IMO these don't seem to do well with my straight leg dressier pants. Also higher, like more than inch or so above ankle bone when worn with skirts make my legs look fat. All heights seem to work well with jeans rolled up. Also heel height makes a difference, as I think a lower heel does not work well for me with the straight leg pants. Do you think the booties in photo 2 will work with all the above? I am wanting a lower heel multi purpose black bootie, preferably real leather, but if I can't find that will settle for faux leather. Heel heights seem to mostly too high-over 2 " or flat..I want a little heel like between 1 1/2 and 2 ".
