The knee high boots I wore with the KK jeggings have a big scuff mark down one side, thanks to a certain heavy laptop case being placed near (on!) them. I don't have a local shoe repair place I go to right now. Would you try an untested local place or is that something that maybe Nordstrom's shoe department does? I'm really hoping that the scratches can be buffed or softened somewhat. Anyone know what Nordstrom's charges for something like that? Like I said, I don't even know if they do that at all, but I know they stretch boots/shoes, etc. Not sure what other services they offer.

Hope someone can help me, it definitely detracts from my enjoyment of the boots!
