I don't know how I got to thinking on Miz Mooz, ( ETA: oh wait, it's because I was just trying on my own pair to see how it went with my new sweater!) but I just hopped on the website right now and immediately found a few things that might work out as a sleek, dressy boot. One had a 3.5" heel so may be too tall, but here's one that seems good for specs (obviously whether you like or not, I have no idea). It's listed as narrow, and if the shaft height is listed as 13.25, even with an imprecise measurement, it can't be that tall:
