Boot fit proper or not ??

Hello Angie/ladies,
New to forum. Reading for while posting first time.
Wanted to know if this boots are fitting ok?
Acceptable or not? About gap/circumference.
I have thin calf and left thinner than right haha
Anyways this is the most it gape.
Should I keep it or return?

Can you tighten the buckles? The gap looks on the wide side to me.

They do have a lot of gap at the top. Some people like this look so if you do it's fine. I myself prefer them fitted and I think if you spent a lot or you want well fitting boots then its worst it to find ones that fit better. Angie lists several brands that make great boots for thin calves if you do a forum search you'll find them.

Would you wear these with skinny or straight leg jeans, or just leggings? Denim might take up more room in there, so check that before you decide.

I also have thin calves and have come to settle with some gappage. Depends on if *you* are okay with the look and fit. I don't think it's glaringly obvious to the casual observer.

The right boot gap is about the maximum for my personal taste. The left boot does look too large. But, most thin-calf boots are pricey and I think these look OK from the front view.

The amount of gap you have on the left would bother me a bit. That said, I know how frustrating foot fit issues can get (I have the opposite of yours) and if you've been struggling the while and these are okay as a 'make-do' for your lifestyle and budget while you keep an eye out for better, I'd hang on to them.

On the other hand, if you think you might be able to find better with some more looking, think you won't be able to get another pair in a while, or can do without quite comfortably till you do find the right pair, don't settle!

Btw, it would actually be somewhat easier to evaluate the overall proportions if we could see more of the rest of you --- at least to the neck, or better still up to your head with the face blanked out if you prefer.

Thank you ladies.
I read Angie's recommendation but only 2 are which I can even try.
Others either not available or too high heel.
and out of 2 that might work says 14" so I am skeptical now As the one I am wearing is 14" :'(
I will try amd post pic with thick over knee socks under jeans and put on another pic and see if its even doable.
If not I will keep looking I guess.
As I mentioned I am new to fashion/style in my life so don't want to make mistake and be discouraged by random comments by acquaintances (if u know what I mean)

It looks like it has too much gap. Not only would that bother me style-wise, but it might cause the boots to rub and be uncomfortable.

I have skinny calves and I can totally understand. Mo's right - you have to embrace some amount of gappage. That said, this looks a little too much. I think you should keep looking...the right pair is out there.

Too bad but I am going to return them.
Ordered 3 more -all black.
I loved the color of this boots.
1 leather and 2 faux leather.
I hope it works. I find black harsh and not as appealing to eyes as the cognac - this boots color.
