I'm still vacilating on this boot hunt, since I hate it so much and am deeply discouraged by the selection available in my size...but still I persist, and I come to you all with this question.

Came across this pair of boots that sounds in many ways like it would meet my needs, i.e. 15-inch shaft height, a calf circumference that works and the right height of heel...Yet I am deeply confused by the fact that this is refered to as a tailored pair of slouch boots. How can this be?
