My little sister is in cheer and she was wondering what body type she is

She looks like a rectangle to me as her shoulders and her hood look like about the same width, but if she has a small waist she may be an hourglass. It is hard to tell in the loose tee shirt.

Is it possible for her to be both and IT and a rectangle???

I think you can have secondary body types too--so that would be a yes. I always thought I was a rectangle but was never happy following the "rectangle" guidelines. That's when someone pointed out that I have more IT tendencies--and then it all kind of clicked for me.
