IT/hourglass mix would be my guess

I am still new to this but hourglass seems to be about the shoulder to hip width; meaning that usually hips are larger in circumference than the shoulders (of course) but similar in width...so I am guessing those numbers being that close together may mean that you have broader shoulders than hips.

I could be wrong too haha, but just a guess based on your measurements.
