Hi Lisa, it is very difficult to say based on the measurements only. What would be the most helpful is a photo of your figure, but also if you wear same sizes on top and bottom, what's the width of your shoulders relatives to your hips and so on.
Based just on these numbers I could guess a rectangle, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the info on the J. Crew sale! There are some really good deals on there right now (Coral Susannah blouse is only $32.00!).

I agree with Tanya that it would be helpful to see a full body shot in fitted clothing. From my measurements and things you'd think I was an inverted triangle, but I'm not, I'm actually an hourglass when you take a look at me.
