First off, hi everyone! I’m having a lot of fun reading through the forum and past blog posts. I’m hoping to really hone down my personal style and have fun dressing again. I know YLF can help me with that.
The first thing I figured out I should do is find my body shape… not as easy as it sounds. I always thought I was pear shaped since my thighs and butt were always larger than my bust. Now I’m a little unsure.
I made my hubby take a picture and when I was trying to determine my shape I felt like my shoulders looked to be the same size as my hips. Also since I’m still nursing my daughter the girls are a lot bigger… but they won’t be this way forever. Already they’re shrinking down as I work on getting her weaned. I tend to have a thicker waist… I never had the cute tiny waist that I associate hourglass shapes with and after baby it’s a little thicker and my tummy is a lot mushier. Also my butt shrunk! So can anyone tell me what shape I am? I always thought of my body type as an athletic pear and now… hmmmm. I’m lost! I admit I may be making this harder than it needs to be and analyzing a little too much. Can ya’ll take pity on a girl and help me out?!
