Do you agree with the advice given for the bell shape? It seemed pretty good to me, but I was surprised not to see any sleeve and shoulder volume, and I've always heard that short-waisted pears should not wear a thick belt around their natural waist. It seems like the advice was a little skewed due to the fact that the woman chosen to represent the bell shape was a little larger than average. I'm actually a bit too thin and I'm just not sure if it all applies to me. They describe the "bell" basically as a short-waisted classic pear with very small breasts and a tiny frame (frame refers to bone size not weight). That's me to a T. But for some reason they say that people who fit this description are generally middle age and overweight (what??), so they chose a model to fit this description. My suggested "fashion icon" is Hillary Clinton (what????) Even so their advice is the best I have ever seen for my shape in a fashion book.
