This is the skirt below. in the find. You can see it on me on this post. Please note this is size 10R in US sizing. I'd say the waist is high and a little small, but I only fit size 10 in a flared skirt on a case by case basis. It does zip up on me. I am 5'4, relatively long legged but short waited.
