Yellow's not usually my color, but I'm really liking it for fall and end of summer.
I started with a yellow Chan Luu scarf that I got back in May at a local boutique and trotted around on my travels this summer (I don't have a good pic where I'm wearing it, though.)
Then Boden started showing yellow in its fall catalog, so I picked up a dress, color block dress, sweater and patent pointy toe slingback.
The solid yellow dress is a little tight but comfortable, and I think it will stretch a little as a couple of other Boden jersey dresses I have bought did, so not inclined to go up a size unless I hear anything super negative back on it. (I also tried this dress in a blue pattern and did not care for it.)
I am surprised at how much I like the ponte color block dress in a regular length. I was sure I'd look too short in it (I am only 5'4").
The yellow sweater here is with one of only two clothing purchases I kept from NAS -- Alice & Olivia pinstripe pants.
And I found this cheapo yellow blouse thingy that I kind of love (pretend I am not really wearing a tube top with it.) I think I'm going to wear this outfit to go out for drinks on Friday but sub in the light blue shoes for the navy sandals. wdyt?
