It's a beautiful, rich indigo color and the fabric is a sturdy, high-quality weave. The lace-like detail around the neckline had also attracted me to this top. I'd said I needed some pretty tops. Unfortunately I don't think it'll work for me.
Overall it seemed TTS or maybe even a tad big, but perhaps it's supposed to be a little roomy. But the shape doesn't help with my apple belly.
Another thing is that for me, the lacework came low enough so that it showed a little bit of my bra. Perhaps only I would have known, but it's not something I'd feel good about.
Lastly, the armholes are deep and so the side of my bra peeked through. Of course a cami could be a solution, but if you're wearing this top in summer, it defeats the whole purpose.
